Fabrika is a marketing agency in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, at MRF Quattro Towers. If you want anything on this page explained, or your details removed, write to info@fabrika-iraq.com.

One thing: what you type into the contact form. Your name, your company, your email address, your phone number, the services you tick, the budget band you pick, and your message. The form also carries a hidden field that a real visitor never sees. If it comes back filled in, the message is treated as automated and discarded. It is a trap for bots and it records nothing about you. Nothing else on this site collects anything.

To read your message and reply to it. That is the only reason. You tick a box before you send, and that box is the permission we rely on. You do not have to tick it — WhatsApp and email are on the contact page if you would rather not use the form.

Two companies, one job each. Resend delivers the form to us as an email. Netlify hosts this site, so its servers see your request the way any web host does, including your IP address. Nobody else. We do not sell your details, pass them to advertisers, or add you to a list.

It runs no analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no TikTok Pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording, no advertising tags of any kind. It embeds nothing from anyone else’s servers — no maps, no video, no fonts. Every file the page loads comes from this domain. There is no tracking to opt out of, because there is none to opt into. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

Two things, both about how the page looks and neither about who you are. FABRIKA_LOCALE — a cookie that remembers which of the four languages you chose. It lasts a year. fabrika-theme — kept in your browser, remembers whether you picked light or dark. Clearing your browser data removes both. Neither identifies you and neither follows you anywhere.

Your message stays with us while the enquiry is live, and afterwards in our email records the way any business correspondence does. There is no separate database. If you want it gone, write to info@fabrika-iraq.com and we will delete it.

Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email does all three: info@fabrika-iraq.com. You do not need to give a reason and there is no form to fill in.

If we change what we collect or who handles it, we update this page and change the date at the top. We will not start running analytics or advertising tags and tell you afterwards.
