Fabrika

About

A factory is a place where things get made on schedule.

That is the entire idea, and it is why we are called what we are called.

01 / 04How this started

How this started

Fabrika started in 2024 with [[PLACEHOLDER: number]] people and [[PLACEHOLDER: e.g. one rented room and a borrowed camera]]. The pitch was simple and slightly boring: most businesses in Erbil did not need a better idea. They needed someone to reliably make good work and publish it, every week, without being chased for it.

That turned out to be the hard part. Ideas are cheap, here and everywhere. Capacity is not. So we built the company around output — a studio, a crew, editors, writers in four languages, media buyers — and kept it under one roof, so nothing waits for a subcontractor to answer their phone.

Today we are [[PLACEHOLDER: number]] people working with brands across the Kurdistan Region and the rest of Iraq: retail, restaurants, developments, clinics, schools, dealerships, and a few organisations doing considerably more serious work than any of that. The brief changes in every one of those rooms. The job does not — make the thing, put it in front of the right people, and be able to say what it did.

02 / 04What we believe

What we believe

Four of these. They are not values, they are working rules, and they cost us something.

  1. 01

    Volume is a strategy

One brilliant campaign a year loses to fifty-two competent weeks. Consistency is the harder thing to buy, so it is what we sell.

  2. 02

Language isn't a layer you add at the end

Kurdish, Arabic, English and Turkish are four audiences with four different senses of humour. We write for each one, then have it checked by someone whose first language it is.

  3. 03

If we can't measure it, we'll say so

Some things are genuinely hard to attribute in a market that closes in cash and on WhatsApp. We will tell you which numbers are solid and which are estimates. Nobody benefits from a confident chart built on nothing.

  4. 04

    Your accounts are yours

Every page, ad account, pixel, domain and raw file we set up is registered in your name and handed over whenever you ask. This should not be a differentiator. In this market, it is.

03 / 04The floor

Where it gets made.

[[PLACEHOLDER: 220]] square metres of studio in [[PLACEHOLDER: district]], Erbil — cyclorama, lighting grid, product table, a working kitchen for food shoots, and [[PLACEHOLDER: number]] edit stations next door. The full kit list is available on request. The short version: we own it, so booking it takes a day, not a week.

04 / 04Next step

Tell us what you're trying to sell.

Message us on WhatsApp and you'll get a person, not a ticket number — usually within two hours during working hours. No form to fill in first.

We hire in Erbil.

If you can shoot, cut, write or buy media — and you want to do it at volume rather than once a quarter — there is usually a seat.
